  • We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments

6. Access and Site Conditions

As the client, you agree to:

  • Provide reasonable access to the property for carrying out the work
  • Ensure the site is safe and suitable for the work to be undertaken
  • Inform us of any known hazards, services, or conditions that may affect the work
  • Obtain any necessary permissions from landlords, neighbours, or other parties

7. Warranties and Guarantees

Work carried out by Curgo Build comes with appropriate warranties. Specific warranty terms will be detailed in your contract and may include:

  • Workmanship guarantees

Warranties are subject to normal use and proper maintenance of the completed work.

8. Insurance
